Guidelines for media representatives during the Inter-parliamentary Conference „Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine: Eastern Partnership and Current Security Challenges”
The conference is organized by the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the Atlantic Council following an initiative by the Speakers of the Parliament of Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine. The inter-parliamentary conference will be held on 2nd of March 2018, Conference Hall, Radisson Blu Hotel (77 Mitropolit Varlaam Street, Chișinău).
Media representatives covering the Conference must register in the morning of the event, on 2nd of March, between 8.30 AM-9.00 AM, entrance from the Vlaicu Pârcălab Street. They will have access to the event by presenting a valid press pass and picture ID card.
Media representatives will have two dedicated workspaces:
- Press zone in the Conference Room (recommended for camera and photo operators)
- Media Lounge and Press Corner
Attention! After registration, all media representatives will receive conference press badge which have to be worn at all times, together with the press pass, while attending the event. This includes attending conference sessions, as well as during interviews with event participants.

Press-corner (inside the Media Lounge)
- The only place where the interviews will be taken or press releases made. We strongly recommend that the press-corner be used for all the interviews and planned audio/video recording. Our colleagues will be there to facilitate your communication with the newsmakers.
Press zone in the Conference Room
- A fixed location in the back of the Conference Room, designated for setting up cameras (on proper stands or tripods), for photographers and for journalists wishing to attend the Conference Sessions.

Speakers of the Moldovan, Georgian and Ukrainian Parliaments will hold a common press conference. The time will be announced in the official event’s agenda.
